Dancing In The Dark is a beautiful dark bay filly. Her dam, Mighty Mo was a 16.2 hand, Jockey Club registered Thoroughbred mare, with great bloodlines, and names such as: Seattle Slew, Northern Dancer, Bold Ruler, and Buckpasser, just in the first four generations, and had lofty "warmblood" movement, and a wonderfully sweet temperament. Her full brother, Dante, now lives in Massachusetts, where his new owner has high hopes for a successful Dressage career, and is extremely happy with his personality and movement. We also have very high hopes for Dancing In The Dark. She is the last foal, with this breeding, as her dam was lost to colic when Dancing In The Dark was almost 3 months old.
Update (4/3/09): Dancing In The Dark won her Dressage and Jumping classes at her first show, at Poplar Place. Congratulations, Dianne & Jeff Walker!
